PAYMENTS
How are the monthly payments for classes calculated?
Your monthly payments are worked out by calculating the number of classes in a year, divided by 11 equal monthly instalments. There is no monthly payment due in August.
How are payments managed?
We have a system in place, powered by LoveAdmin.com, that allows you to keep your membership information up-to-date and pay online by monthly direct debit.
How will my payments appear on my credit card or bank statement?
Please note, payments will appear on your Credit Card / Bank statement as Pay Here Ltd or L&Z Re London & Zurich. This is the legal entity in which LoveAdmin.com trades under.
HOLIDAYS
Do classes run in the school holidays?
Classes run all year round apart from the month of August, and 2 weeks at Christmas. Exception: Daytime pre-school classes stop during all school holidays.

Where is your Loughton Gym
Our Loughton Gym is located at Casablanca, Unit 40B, Oakwood Hill Industrial Estate, Loughton, IG10 3TZ.
Do you have parking at Loughton Gym?
We have our own car park outside the gym. Our spaces are marked with the Casablanca logo.
Unit 40A next door shares our car park, and their spaces are clearly marked. On a weekday during the day, please only park in Casablanca marked spaces.
In the evenings (after 5.30pm), Unit 40A is closed, and we have an agreement with them that Casablanca members may use their spaces. They are kindly allowing us to use their spaces at the weekend.
If our car park is full, there is a public pay & display car park adjacent to the Casablanca Gym.
There are parking restrictions on the road limited to 2 hours free parking.
Can you get to Casablanca Loughton by train?
The closest tube station is Debden (within walking distance).
Where is your North Weald Gym?
Our Loughton Gym is located at Casablanca North Weald, Siskin Way, North Weald, CM16 6HR.
Do you have parking at North Weald Gym?
We have our own car park at the gym.
Can you get to Casablanca North Weald by train?
The closest tube station is Epping with bus routes to North Weald.
WHAT TO WEAR
What should you wear to classes?
Gymnasts should be dressed suitably for activity – a leoatd or shorts/leggings and a t-shirt is suitable for all activities. Bare feet for gymnastics and socks for trampolining. We have our own Casablanca range of clothing, which is entirely optional and can be viewed here.
BRITISH GYMNASTICS MEMBER SHIP
Do I need a British Gymnastics Membership?
All Casablanca members must become a member of British Gymnastics, the national governing body for gymnastics in the UK. It is an annual fee of £20.00 (£14.00 for pre-school)
Does my membership insure me?
Membership includes your vital insurance cover.
How soon do I need to get a membership after starting classes?
You are allowed two weeks grace to make sure all is ok with the class but after those two weeks, you are required to complete the membership process

NATIONAL GYMNASTICS AWARDS PROGRAMME (NATGAP)
What curriculum does Casablanca follow?
In class, we follow the curriculum set by the National Gymnastics Awards Programme (NatGAP).
What is NATGAP?
The National Gymnastics Awards Programme (NatGAP) is a structured and progressive learning system designed for artistic gymnastics training in clubs. It offers a range of schemes tailored to different skill levels and apparatus, ensuring gymnasts have clear goals and can continuously progress.
Do I need to participate in NatGAP in classes?
Participation in the awards scheme is entirely optional. It provides the chance to earn and collect medals as you progress through the scheme. To participate in the awards scheme you must book in for testing sessions and purchase the Awards Book (£5.00). There are 48 medals to earn as part of the standard scheme.
WAITING LISTS
How long are your waiting lists?
We do have waiting lists for all classes at Casablanca. On average the current waiting times are as follows:
Loughton Pre-School – 3 months
North Weald Pre-School – 12 months
Loughton Rec Gymnastics 4-7 or 7-9 years – 18 months
Loughton Rec Gymnastics 10+ years – 6 months
North Weald Rec Gymnastics all ages – 9 months
Do waiting times change regularly?
Waiting times may be longer or shorter than estimated above – it depends on a number of factors such as children leaving us, moving up an age group or moving up into advanced classes.
ADVANCED CLASSES
Do you do advanced classes?
We have a pathway for development for gymnasts who show potential. All advanced classes take place at our North Weald Gym.
COMP PETITIONS
Do gymnasts have the opportunity to compete?
All gymnasts at Casablanca have the opportunity to take part in 2 in-house competitions per year.
Do advanced class gymnasts have the opportunity to compete?
Advanced class gymnasts have the opportunity to represent Casablanca at a number of external competitions throughout the year.

TRYOUTS
Yes, tryouts take place at the beginning of July every year for the upcoming competitive season.
SEASON DATES
Do classes run in the school holidays and bank holidays?
Training through the summer is offered but optional. The season begins in September and runs through to the end of June. We break for 2 weeks at Christmas, and there is a 2 week break in April during the World Championships period. Training sessions continue through school holidays and bank holidays.

WHAT TO WEAR
What should you wear to classes?
Cheerleaders should wear cheerleading shoes, or, indoor trainers/plimsoles if necessary. Shorts/leggings and a t-shirt is suitable for all training sessions. Long hair should be tied up and jewellery should be removed. We have our own Casablanca range of clothing, which is entirely optional and can be viewed here.
CHEER 4 FUN
Do you have a non-competive programme?
We do have a non-competitive programme for those who want to take part ‘for fun’ only. Cheer4fun classes take place on a Monday
