Parent & Toddler
Classes
Ideal for children from 6 months to school age, our programme invites parents to join their children in the gym, fostering an environment of exploration and bonding. Parents are encouraged to interact with and guide their children as they navigate the various apparatuses. While our staff are available to offer guidance and support, the focus of these sessions is primarily on 'free play'. This approach allows children to discover gymnastics at their own pace, building confidence and coordination in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
6 Months – 4 Yrs
Pre-School Gymnastics
Children attend a structured gymnastics class teaching the fundamentals of gymnastics without parent involvement in the session. We follow the National Gymnastics Awards Programme Early Years Curriculum, and children are able to work towards collecting their NatGAP stickers and medals. Gymnasts receive coaching on all elements of artistic gymnastics – floor, beam, bars and vault, as well as trampoline and trampette.
2.5 Yrs – 4 Yrs
Recreation Gymnastics
Our recreation classes offer the chance for gymnasts to build their gymnastics skills from complete beginner to competent gymnast. Our classes follow the structure provided by the National Gymnastics Awards Programme, and gymnasts can work towards achieving their NatGAP medals as part of optional testing sessions. Gymnasts receive coaching on all elements of artistic gymnastics – floor, beam, bars and vault, as well as trampoline and trampette
4 Yrs – 17 Yrs
Advanced Gymnastics
We offer multiple pathways for gymnasts who demonstrate the potential for mastering more challenging skills. Our advanced tracks are designed to nurture talent and push boundaries, providing specialised training and focused coaching. These pathways include access to elite coaching sessions, participation in high-level competitions, and personalised development plans tailored to each gymnast's strengths and goals.
